Front Bumper

2007 Toyota Land Cruiser FY40 front bumper & core/bracket. Silver, will that fit 98 LC 100

I think he's asking if the 2007 front bumper + bracket will fit a '98.

If you are looking for a front bumper assembly I have one from a 99 listed for sale in the parts section.

I doubt it will fit since ARB has different P/N's for 98-02 and 03-05 front bars. IIRC, the front frame horns are different (I thought someone here in the past year has made a '03 ARB winchbar fit a pre '03 LC with some cutting). The rear bumpers should be the same for 98-07.

the trim pieces under the grille and such are different shapes, so i doubt the cover will fit.

What I meant was that, I got a 98 LC 100 and was wondering if a 2007 LC 100 bumper assembly will fit, but I guess not, unless I have to butcher it.

Gotcha.

What I can tell from looking at the FSM is that you may possibly have different attachment points and a slightly different bumper support bracket mounting. Other than a few minor mods, you should be able to get the '07 bumper to fit.
