what are the bolt size (mostly the pitch) that hold on the plastic "skid plate"

8mm x 1.0

or 8mm x 1.25

??

Just want to replace a few missing ones

They should have a 1.25 pitch.

Can't remember if they're M8 or M10, but they are 1.25.

10 ? umm.. I thought the head is a 12mm and the thread is 8mm X 1.25 ...

They are M8
The normal thread for M8 is 1.25 (fine thread is only use in high security application, i.e fixing security belts)
On Japanese things, the M8 usually go with 12mm head or bolt (13mm on Euro things)
