Trouble with Slee hi- lift mount...

Anyone ever have trouble mounting their hi- lift to the slee swing away tire carrier?? Got my 60" lift today and the holes on the lift wouldnt lineup with the bolt on top of the tire carrier. Doesnt seem like it should be a difficult task. Any suggestions or help would be great.

Thew stud on the mount does not go through a hole. The shaft of the jack goes closest to the round tube and then the handle goes on the other side of the stud. The supplied bracket and barrel nut then clamps the jack down.
