The e-bay store price of $249.95 is about the average price for Bilsteins. We sell them, and the cheapest sell for $54.95, and the most expensive are $74.95, so you'd fall in there somewhere my friend.

Try autozone. You might have to call and order.

no you need the Lexus shock to go with the AHC and adjustable suspension.

so you're planning on removing the AHC suspension and go with a standard traditional system?

I would recommend avoiding ebay if you want the lifetime warranty.

I am keeping the original equipment including the ahc, because it is only used as a mall cruiser

Then you will have to buy the special AHC shocks from yota/lexus. Are you sure that they are going? Have you checked the suspension fluid level? (check it in low IIRC). Did brake fluid get put in the reservoir instead of AHC fluid? When was the last time you had the suspension fluid flushed?

Car was always dealer serviced, I had only done 2 oil changes, will check dealer record about the ahc fluid next time I bring my car to get an oil change, but from all the posts I read, the bilsteins are much better shocks than original, thanks.

you read posts about the standard system, not about the AHC equipped system. If you want you can order the regular system but you will have to cut&cap the hydraulic lines for the shocks.

Just bought mine last week from shockwarehouse.com. $272 ($68 each) with free shipping and they arrived in 2 days.

Don't forget the $17 ratcheting 7/8 wrench from Lowes as well.
