e brake tightening??

did a quick search and couldnt come up with anytihng... if someone could explain how to tighten the e brake that would be much appreciated. thanks

This is my next project. I thought my hand brake was working fine until I went back home to WV for a visit. These suckers sure like to roll down hill.

I have a squeaky bell crank on the DS, looks like they didn't solve the dissimilar metals issue from the previous wagons.
