My 100 sounds like a SBC
or in this case, a SBT.
In my quest for more growl, we cut the resonator off the Borla system to see if that would add anything. It was nominal at best.
Then we cut the Borla muffler out and welded in an SLP SS muffler.
Tucked the tailpipe up a bit too.
Here are the results:
Borla / SLP Exhaust
I have a slightly used Borla muffler and resonator if anyone needs one.
I'm in high school again.

In NYC, pedestrians only have the right of way if they have the light, unless of course I'm crossing the street.
I didn't really open it up. I'm not that kind of a driver.
That's Loud's job.

my dad just came in and shook his head when I played the clip and told him im going to get the same exhaust. LOL, so much for being "stealth" in my truck.
you should put up a WOT video though so I can hear what im getting myself into, since im always WOT.

before the exhaust it got pretty loud inside under WOT due to the intake, I cant imagine it now!

Wow! I feel for you guys and the rust.
The exhaust sounds good, but I must admit I imagined that the vehicle would have been accelerating harder for how the exhaust sounded.

It's really throaty around 1800 rpm, which is where I tried to keep it in the video.
Highway is fine above 60. Below it is a little loud.

There needs to be an exhaust diverter, one sends the exhaust through the muffler and then when the diverter is activated, the exhaust exits through a side pipe under the doors. It may shoot fire out! That would be cool!

I put a turbo muffler on a old 3.4 in a Toyota truck, and larger tail pipe and it hurt it's torque, had to back to the stock system to get the bottom end power back. How's the power Mac..

So far, so good. Drove back from Jersey in it and feels fine.
Gonna do a road trip this weekend to feel it out. Locally... it rocks!
I put a Jardine pipe on my 93 Toyota Xtracab pickup with the 3.0 and it sounded great!

straight pipe would probably have been a better choice for me in terms of "loudness" but my neighbors would havve killed me.
O/D off between 35-45 off throttle sounds awesome and 54mph with od is great too. The sound is what I had expected when I bought a 800 dollar borla cat-back but as you guys can tell, we both were dissapointed.
im going to look into putting lake pipes on this next LOL
