Wheel studs on the 100?

anyone have a source other than toyota for stud and lug bolts? they quoted me 24.00 per wheel at the dealer, and I have 4 out of 5 stripping on the RR wheel. and I figured I'd do both sides while i'm at it. I discovered this at a hotel hours away from home yesterday when attempting to change a flat tire. they will freely turn about 2 turns and then stop turning. I'll likely have to snap the studs to get the wheel off.

I had the same problem on my 80 AND my 100

I replaced the 80 series studs with aftermarket pieces and 2 stripped and 2 broke!

I replaced the 100 series studs with OEM and they fit great and held up perfect!

I strongly recommend OEM studs, its worth the $ to do it right/once IMHO

I had one on each side of the rear break off and replaced with OEM, no more issues. Surprized it happened but I guess that is what happens when you have the dealer and others rotate your tires!
