Chassis Lube from Dealer

I had my 2004 LC at the dealer for some warranty work. While it was there, I had them do an oil change. The oil change included a "Chassis Lube." Does the Chassis Lube include the drive shafts or is it just suspension, door hinges, etc.?

I'm asking because I feel like I've got a bit of drive line clunk and I can't tell if it's any better than before the Chassis Lube.

Thanks!
