Anyone modified their ARB Deluxe bar in this fashion ??

People who have an ARB Deluxe bar but no winch..Has anyone closed off the open areas (where the winch goes) on the top part of the bumper ? I'm going to be getting a deluxe bar soon but not getting a winch and the open areas, especially on the top of the bumper concern me. I would like to "close" off the open areas. Anyone done this ??

The commercial bar comes with a cover plate for the winch area.

I'm not concerned with the "front" area where the fairlead goes. It is the area on the top part of the bumper, in the middle section that I want to address.

Where can I look at the commercial ARB products ? Thanx !!

I recalled seeing a photo of thin metal panel covering on the top for those who don't use winch. But nothing is mentioned on ARB Air Locker Heavy Duty 4x4 Bumpers.

Regards,

Yeah mine came with a cover for the top if you don't have a winch mounted.

That's what I'm talking about, ARB provides a cover (and gasket and screws).

I will send you mine if you like... It is off of my ARB Sahara Bar so I dont know if it is the same, but I would think that it is. If you want it, just pay for shipping and I will send it to you. Mine is brand new. I live in Kansas City, but I'm in Austin every other week on business if your ever in Austin I could bring it! PM me if you would like it.

Zane
