3rd Row Seats - so whadda they worth??

I have pristine, beige third row seats out of my Year 2000 100 series LC. Looking around they seem to be of some vlaue, but not really sure how much. Anyone have any thoughts on this? Anyone interested? Would make the right deal for the right Mudder...

I've never seen a 100 series that in NA that didn't come with 3rd row seats...

So I don't think they are worth much of anything.

Their prices are all over the place on an eBay completed items search. One set went for $1k on April 15th. Just a day before a set only went for $400. The only difference I could see was the cheaper ones were pickup only.

If I were you, I'd be sure to offer shipping and keep a high reserve for a couple rounds on eBay.

asking price runs across the board. There have been some even given away here, IIRC, but maybe that was for 80s.

unless someone bought one second hand that didnt come with them either due to the dealer withholding them or the previous owner not installing them when selling the vehicle.

I mean, if you never use the things they're just wasting space back there (and adding extra weight). Also IIRC they made a bunch of noise in the "up position" whenever I'd hit a bump, and that got on my nerves. I figured, I'm 24, in Law School, and have no kids to cart about, so those things were pretty much worthless to me in the vehicle. I did have to list 'em about 3 times on eBay though, I started out with the "buy it now" at $1000 and by the 3rd run bumped it down $50, and they sold within an hour of listing to a dealer out west that needed a new set to move a LC.

Now don't go all at once over there and try and undersell one another, as that's just not nice.

Take em to a Tailgate Party with people who have pick up trucks and you can sell them there... tell em they can tail gate in style - 1st class seating for rednecks !!
