Nice setup... I wish I knew more about it.

I rarely utter these words, but what the hell that rig is awesome! What would my payments be on that sucka? Thanks for sharing I needed a new desktop photo and another reason to become an expat.

Ooooohhh... I like that truck!

Now I gotta get me a rear tire carrier.

Hey thanks, hks3sgte! That is nice! I would've thought it would've had barn doors in the rear. Now to try and find some interior pics...

I think it is someone else. I stumbled across the owner's website showing pictures of the build. Let me see if I can't find a link. The truck started out white and the pictures show how the roof is attached.

EDIT: Here is another site, but it still isn't the one that I'm looking for.
MWM Adventure Tools GmbH

EDIT: Found it.
HDJ 100 Umbau

I see they also anchored the top by using the roof rack mounts.

I better take my chrome hoop off. It is hard to believe that even the manufacturer's show vehicle decided not to sport it.

that's an awful lot of roof removed... they had better have added some reinforcements...

Nice, anyone know what the TJM chassis is? Does this mean there are other options for suspension?
It has to be huge for all that weight.

Hey, my german is a little rusty, but I don't mind trying to contact the guy, Ron Brunner, to see if he can answer any nagging questions. Like increased weight increase, cost, and other pictures...

Good point! Is there rubber on it?

OH SHIZ! That truck is sawwwweeeeeeet. New background image for me!

ive still got that LX wheel to swap with you sitting in my garage...
