Vrooom...Vrooom...Vrooom

I think I saw a thread sometime ago regarding this issue, when my cruiser reaches the speed of approx. 45 MPH I can hear the engine
and feel the vibration on the gas pedal Vrooom... Vrooom...Vrooom
in one second intervals. as soon as I accelerate or slow down it goes away? it doesnt seem to be affecting the performance, can it be a faulty coil on one of the spark plugs?
