We now have the FJ40 Internal Roll Cage kits!
These great kits were engineered from the ground up for precision fit and maximum coverage as the key design points. I think we knocked that out of the park!
The Tubing:
To start with the kit comes with all of the precision bent tubing you need to have a great cage right from the start. All tubing is 1.75" American Made tubing, with your selection of HREW or DOM. What's the difference you ask? If you are not a hardcore wheeler, and are on a budget, go for the HREW, if you are a hardcore wheeler and expect to roll go for the DOM tubing. And all of that tubing comes prenotched! That's right, no more having to figure out complex notches for yourself, we do all the hard work for you. Simply set it in place and weld it up
(some minor adjustments maybe be required, but are unusual).
Mounting:
The kits come complete with top and bottom floor mounting plates. The front plates are a large 4x6x.25 plate top and bottom. The rear plate is a MASSIVE full wheel well length top plate with a lower plate at the front and the rear. This rear plate reuses 4 of the stock mounting holes. All hardware needed is included.
Other:
Also included in the kit are 4 mounting tabs for mounting seat belts and 2 tube grab handles.
These cages do fit with the factory hard top.
