Any more details on this? dual filler setup? Installation pics ... or at least installed pics?

The kit uses a dual filler neck made by Front Runner. The fuel transfer is done through the filler neck using a dash mounted switch controlled transfer pump.
This set up assures that there's never a spillage since, even if the transfer pump is left on, the overflow will go back in to the main tank, plus there's no messing around with OEM breather lines, etc.
The kit comes complete with all required bits and pieces

Looks interesting. How much for the filler neck alone? Some folks in the US will have trouble with that filler neck, as it doesn't appear that it has, or would work with an unleaded fuel restrictor plate. Try and get some installed pics or an installation writeup.

How far down does it hang?

I do not have any extra filler necks at the moment.
They do not have an unleaded fuel restrictor plate, no dual filler necks do.

Valve operated ones do - like those on 80s with OEM subtanks.
Not criticizing - just that alot of people will fail mandatory emissions testing without that stupid plate.

This seems like a pretty good deal for a complete kit. I just wish I could see an installed kit. I have a labs bumper, so I don't know if it would clear without seeing an installed kit.

I wish they made something like this for the 60 and 62. I'd love one for my 62.

here are a couple of pics of a 44 gallon tank on an 80 series. This is not the exact same tank but it's really very very close.

All tanks must go before our new container comes in so i'm reducing the already reduced price. $700 puts an auxiliary fuel tank with everything needed for the installation at your door!!

Wow ..I really want an auxillary tank and this seems like a good deal. I just would like some more info like pics and difficulty of installation. I actually want an aux tank so bad I was willing to take a Military flight to Australia to get one out of a junk yard. I am very serious about getting one. Where I play gas stations are far away. I even bought ten scepter cans plus 2 fancy ones. I just spent a small fortune on a rear bumper to get better clearance. Do you have an acurate photo of one installed and how far it sticks down? How difficult will the install be? I would like to do the Rub and Moab but my main mission will be long hauls in the boondocks. I would like to know as much as possible before I purchase this. I need to know what problems I will have if I purchase this. But please consider me as really intrested. Dont let the last one leave without me knowing. I might have to change my springs to allow for the weight. How many do you have? we could do a shoot on my vic if you have a few. Thank You

You can see how far the tanks sticks down on the pic above.
Installation is straight forward, all needed hardware, transfer pump, hoses, etc are included. Thanks to the Front Runner dual filler neck you don't even have to mess around with the breather hoses but weather it will fit or not with your new bumper is hard to tell

Has anyone installed one and documented it on MUD yet? This is pretty intriguing. One of the few mods that my wife has approved me doing
that I didn't have to hide from her

I dont see mention of any bottom thickness or skid plate options - as far as it hangs down what protection is there for the tank? (I used to make Samurai gas tanks & made the bottom 1/4" plate so it didnt need a skid)

The tanks are manufactured of 1/8" 3CR12 stainless steel and are pretty good at taking a beating.
We do not sell skid plates but shouldn't be too hard to make one or have on done if you feel you need one.
So far no one has needed one with these tanks...

is there a valve that controls which tank you are filling?
do you have any installed photos or dimensions? i have a 4x4 labs rear bumper which means my frame is bobbed 4". it looks like it would be a very tight fit.

No valve, mostly just point the fuel towards on side or the other of the dual filler neck.
Sorry but can't be sure if it fits with the 4x4 Labs bumper or not. I'm inclined to believe it does but i've never seen the bumper so...

Howdy,
Do you know if they will fit with a rear Slee Bumper & Tire carrier?
it looks like a nice set up. could i have another 1/8" plate welded to the bottom as a skid, before I installed it?
Thanks
P.S. can you get a smaller version of this, say 30 gallons or so?
