I am guessing since the stator is just being rewound, you can do this on minitrucks as well? Looks to be identical, Nippon-Denso. In my case, for a 1996 5VZ-FE (3.4L).

Also, how is it wound (delta or wye)? What RPM is peak amperage generated?

Thanks in advance,

Yeah, I know, but about the only 1987 part on it anymore is the body[edit: even that ain't 1987 now...]
What is a minitruck guy doing on a Land Schmooser forum, anyway??!?!

Is there a difference between the alternator you are offering and this eBay Motors: ALTERNATOR TOYOTA,1993-1997, LANDCRUISER 6CLY 170AMPS (item 200157872733 end time Feb-26-08 17:01:59 PST)

other than price. They sound the same. I would prefer to buy from a MUD vendor, but not for $80 markup.
Thanks!

The ebay ones are Nippon-Denso as well. Maybe you should check who makes those and is able to sell them so much cheaper. I'd rather support a Mud vendor.

Let me know,
Nick
