Getting to cruiserdan....

Greetings,

Just a quick rundown on how to get a hold of me:

The two best ways are mud PM's or to call my toll-free number 1-800-432-6668. I enjoy visiting with board members and will entertain calls when I am available. I will also call you back if you remember to leave your number . You can also e-mail me but I can not respond to e-mail as quickly as I can to PM's or the phone.

I look forward to assisting when needed. Dan

Hi Dan. I'm the proud owner of a 1987 HJ60. It has a 24V system and I am having trouble finding a 24V dome light. Can I use one of those LED lights with 24V. thanks in advance for your help. max

You should be able to use LED's in a 24 volt system. Toyota does not use LED's as OEM fitment so I do not have a source for you.

u joints

Dan,

I was wondering if I could get a couple of U - joints for the rear driveshaft. I have a 5 inch lift on it and the old ones are starting to go. Everybody tells me to get stock ones and to go through you. That was enough for me. Just wondering how much they are and how long it wil take to ship them up to Eugene Oregon.
Thanks a lot

He's on vacation right now.

You can still call the 800# and talk to any of the other parts folks there...tell them you are a member of IH8MUD and they will take care of you.

The rag appears to be worn. it is possible that a replacement will solve the problem.

Lx470

I just found you through a thread in the 100/Lx area.

Not sure if you have LX470 parts? If so what kind of cost on cabin air filters and engine air filter (2000 year) shipped to Denver?

BTW- My husband lived in Albuquerque until he was 7 and has LOTS of family there. We'll be down that way in Oct for Balloon Festival.

Dan is the Man!

I've talked to him a few times (kind of a "brush with greatness" or "what celebraties have you met") He is always helpful and takes the time to listen and explain. It really impressed me because I figured he is swamped with emails, pm's, and calls from all the mudders.

Here's a bump for ya, Dan.
