Available now...90915-20004

After a great deal of time and effort I have been able to obtain some 90915-20004 Japanese oil filters. I currently have ~450 in stock. They come in boxes of 10.

The price is $95.00 per box, shipped ground to the lower 48.

Dan.

Any 15600-41010's? I only have four left.

I guess that's one good thing about only having two F series engines left in my stable - these will last a little longer...

Dan.
I'm assuming that these are the TRUE (and infamous) 90915-20004 Denso filters from Japan...

Do you have any more boxes left? I'd like a box...
How do you prefer payment?

Not that I'll need any for a couple of years, but do you think you'll be able to continue with the LDO's on these in the future?

I suspect that I will be able to do ~1 a year or so, provided they continue to produce them in Japan.

I am just curious to know what is so special about these filters? How do they compare to the "high milage" filters that they sell at wal-mart.

Toyota and Walmart are not even on the same playing field.

Here is but the tip of the iceberg:

That looks like an awsome filter. Do the fit the 2F engines?

I have a 76 FJ 40 with a 2F and a 86 FJ 60 with a 2F. If that filter will fit on these engines I would like a box.

I've used them on my 2Fs before with no issues. Still, the right filter for a 2F is the -41010s.

Are they internally constructed more like the 90915-20004 or the 08922-02011? The 08922-02011 looks like a FRAM type filter.

The 15600-41010 is not like either one.

By the way,

My last shipment has been exhausted but I was able to place an order for another 500. I expect them sometime in late May.

Is it build better than either one of them? Or is it sufficient for the 2F.

It is a very well made (I think the best) pleated filter that is the original factory fitment. It is "correct" for the 2F, 3FE and 1FZ through early 1996 production.

And, I might add, I use the -41010's on my 1997 80 series just to keep things in the family. Now that Dan has a line on the good "small" filters, I may have to return to those on my 80.

Good job making these available.

My local Toyota dealer just sold me a 90915-YZZD3.

Is that the correct one for the 1986 FJ-60 with a 2F?

It is a lot smaller than the aftermarket ones that are currently on both my FJ-60's. One is a Baldwin filter and the other was running a PH8A.
