1990 Toyota Town Ace Pop-Top Camper Diesel 4WD
1990 Toyota Townace Eurostyle camper.
Fitted with the very reliable and economical Toyota 2C 2 Liter diesel. Push Button 4WD with Hi/Low Ratio and free wheel hubs, 5 speed column change manual transmission. A'm Craft fibre glass body with Pop up top, side Awning, traveled 114,000 kms, A/C, Power steering. fitted with Fridge/shower/sink/gas cooker/ and rear back-up camera. Wardrobe and plenty of storage space under seats. Has table and seating for 4 people. Table removes and seats turn into a generous sized double bed, also sleeps 2 small people up top when the top is up. Curtains throughout the camper. Pull out sink draw and running tap on out side of camper for out side washing up etc. We will have this truck in stock on the 15th of July and will be BC inspected and ready to go shortly afterwards. The shower is in the pullout slides on the side of the truck, pretty cool setup, but you have to like out side showers...

Just wondering if you have any road test experiance with these rigs. Like whats the comfortable highway cruising speed and how do they handle the hills? Very nice camper layout.

Hi,
Yes have driven it approx 100kms, around town and on the highway, will cruise comfortably at approx 100km/h the 2litre diesel is surprisingly torquey, hills you have to prepare for, but it will maintain 60-70kmh an hour unless the hill is exceptionally steep.
